About Statesville , NC - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Statesville, North Carolina is a small city found in Iredell County, and it has been given the distinction of All America City in both 1997 and 2009. In 2010, the population of the community was approaching 25,000 residents, and the city serves as the county seat of Iredell County. The history of Statesville dates back to 1753 when immigrants from Germany, Scotland, and Ireland moved into the area to plant crops in this community where the soil was so fertile. It remained primarily agricultural until tracks for a local railroad company were laid in 1833, and 25 years later, the community experienced rapid growth as Statesville became a state leader in the production of tobacco and related products.

Statesville is home to a variety of great attractions and things to do that both visitors and residents will enjoy. One of the most popular events in this community is the Carolina Balloonfest which is held each October. Statesville will experience four distinct seasons throughout the year, making it important that residents invest in both home heating and cooling systems. The hottest weather will occur in July and August, when average highs reach the upper-80s, although temperatures into the 90s are also common. Home air conditioning units will keep interior temperatures cool while also improving indoor air quality. January tends to be the coldest month, and residents will need to utilize their heat pump or furnace in order to protect against freezing weather. Fortunately, the season is short and will lead into a pleasant spring season.
