Let me just say, these ARE my people! I will never call another company AGAIN!! So, its labor day weekend, there was an entire catastrophe that includes a pregnant lady and a crime scene so she can't get home for HOURS ...(everyone is okay, but this is drama we are living) ... She finally has access to her home and AC is OUT. It is 85 degrees in her house. She calls some yuppy on yelp. He comes soon. Tries to sell her a new unit. Does NOTHING in regards to repair. Says cant do anything for 4 days due to holiday. Get qoute for replacement though, in less than 24 hrs. Out of budget, no other options. THEN WE GET A REFERRAL TO THIS COMPANY!!! She calls, Chris shows up in 1.5 hrs, has unit fixed in 2.5 hours!! But wait, there's more! We have yet ANOTHER issue and they came BACK!! And explained, and listened, and did all of the things!! Took complete control of the situation! The AC is working better than it has in 5 years! This is probably one of the LAST honest companies out there and I wish I could give them a 10 stars out of 5!! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!

Matt came to our house to check on our air conditioner, which was not working at the time. He was very professional and knowable. We thought the service was very reasonably priced and done in a very efficient manner. We will certainly be calling B&I with any heating and air issues in the future.

I called B & I because I was having problems with my AC unit in this heat wave! The office staff was very helpful in getting Christian the tech to come out and take a look! Christian was very professional and helpful, explained my unit had a freeon leak and was fixed ASAP! Now the house is cooling down nicely and Im very satisfied! Thank you Fred for a great team! 5 Stars

The overall service was exceptional from talking to Debbie to actual Chris coming out to do the service.
