About Cleveland, NC - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Cleveland is a Rowan County, North Carolina town with a population of nearly 900 residents. This community was incorporated as Third Creek Station in 1883 before being renamed Cleveland four years later, and it is home to highly-rated schools and other services that make the small town self-sufficient. Cleveland is located 45 miles northeast of Charlotte and about 140 miles west of Raleigh. It is also closely situated to other Rowan County communities like the City of Salisbury.

Cleveland is a small town, so there are few attractions located here. There is an H & B Café and two grocery stores, including an IGA and the Community Grocery and Hardware. If you’re looking for a good deal, a trip to On Second Thought Consignment may also be in order. Other attractions can be found in nearby Statesville, including golf courses like the Statesville Country Club and the River Oaks Golf Club. Fort Dobbs and the Marquee Cinema are also located in Statesville.

The weather in Cleveland is part of a humid subtropical climate zone, with drastic temperature differences in the winter and summer months. Winters tend to be cool but short, but since temperatures often fall below the freezing point overnight, it is essential that residents have a heat pump or furnace at home. Likewise, summer weather is hot and humid, and since many days exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit, home air conditioning units are crucial in keeping interior temperatures comfortable.

Average high temperatures in the spring and autumn tend to reach the mid-60s to low-70s, and during these comfortable times, it is important that residents have their climate control systems serviced by an experienced HVAC professional. Not only will it ensure that area residents are prepared for when weather extremes roll into the area, but improving the energy efficiency of your climate control systems will also lower your utility costs.
